I am creating an event ticket type that is a sponsorship and I need it to include 16 registrations/tickets (2 Tables), the dropdown currently only allows 12. Is there anything I can do? Thank you!

In the current release the limit is 12 per level. This is a limitation that we faced with Salesforce giving governor limit and as such we had to limit it.
In the next release, due out in June, we have increased this to 25 using a new feature which was released in Spring '15 release of Salesforce.

Just wanted to keep you updated on this request. In release 2.7 we have increased the number of tickets per level to 25 from 12. I understand this is too late for your event but hope it helps in the future.
Release 2.7 is scheduled for release before the end of July.Regards,
