Would you please share the order number of the transaction which you are referring to? Also, we noticed that you have assigned the wrong Event Campaign "2016 Auction Tickets". It should be "2016 Annual Auction Tickets"

I made all the changes and it appears to be working - kind of. when i purchase two tickets for two guests, i see two Opportunities in the 2016 Annual Auction Tickets, but only one entry in the 2016 Annual Auction Attendees. Shouldn't i be seeing two entries? What have i done wrong.

We reviewed your instance and noticed that you have assigned wrong Event Campaign and Level Campaign.
The Event Campaign should be "2016 Annual Auction Tickets" and the Level Campaign should be "2016 Annual Auction Attendees"
Also we noticed that you have NOT assigned the Campaign under C&P Settings >Opportunity > Primary Campaign Source. Please refer to the following link: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...for-salesforce

Integration Event and Autions
When creating a ticket in Event and the ticket campaign is set to a record is created in Auction Tickets, but not in Auction Attendees. When i open Auction Tickets i can open manage members and see records, however when i open Auction Attendees, and select manage members there are no records showing.
