  • Multiple Event Tickets to single email receipt. Is this possible?

We have C&P Event Management setup to send out a custom receipt, but it has one item on the receipt. Is there a way to put multiple items on a single transaction receipt using the html markup?
I used the Ticket manager under the Designer option of the C&P Event. We currently have 5 events going, all needing the ticketing options.

I have included screen shots of how the receipt appears currently (with only one option visible) and what we want to be able to display on it.

Thanks and eagerly looking for HELP!!!

    Good day!

Sorry but I am a bit confused.

The receipt will include a grid with all the purchased items listed. If someone buys 6 tickets for 3 levels you will have each item purchased as an opportunity and listed individually.

Both the "System" receipt as well as the "Autoresponder" will behave the same way.

    Are you not seeing this?

Sorry for the confusion. The autoresponder email does list all of the tickets purchased with links to download each ticket individually. I guess what I am asking for is can we consolidate multiple tickets onto one page, for instance 6 tickets listed on one sheet instead of 6 individual ticket pages.

        Good day!

Tickets are listed individually and cannot be combined at this time.

The email going to the attendee will include all the tickets in a list.

Currently we are working on an option where you may choose a single ticket to be issued for all events but then you will need to use the Swiper1 for reading the tickets as listing all levels may not be practical on the ticket. If someone registers for 10 levels it will be hard to show the listing on a single ticket. Combining it will require the Swiper1 to read the ticket ID and show what levels that ticket is good for.

        Hope that answers your question.

By the way: Your instance is not at the latest release.

If you want we can go ahead and upgrade you. It is best if you upgrade to the latest release at your earliest convenience.
