    Hello,

    We have a campaign that's been running and noticed that 3 registrants were not showing up as temporary contacts in SF. Here is the campaign record ID for reference: 7010M000000NiqZ

    I have granted you login access. Our org ID is 00D300000006WoJ.

    I realized I needed to re-verify the accounts - I followed the steps outlined in another thread.

    I got a notice saying I need to update our account - how do I do so while I have active events?

      Good day SNad

      The message you are seeing is a warning and not an error. The system detects that the system is not up-to-date and warns you.

      Your connection has been established so there is nothing to worry about. Once your event is over let us know and we will update your instance. In general we do not recommend upgrading while an active event is accepting registration.

        We have ongoing campaigns running to allow for signup - there is generally no time when we don't have active campaigns (which is why we're still on the old version). What do you recommend we do?

          Good day SNad

          In that case I suggest we upgrade you very early in the morning and notify you to re-establish connection.

          It should be fine.. if you cannot be "off" then we have to upgrade when all is quiet.

          Just let us know if that works for you. We can upgrade you by 6 a.m. tomorrow morning.

            That is good to know. Would you be able to upgrade tonight? You have been granted login access and our org ID is 00D300000006WoJ.

            Also it was brought to my attention today that one of our accounts was not verified and 22 of our gifts didnt get synced to salesforce, I don't understand why I didn't receive the email notification that's supposed to go out if there is a disruption in service. Is it possible to retroactively push these gifts through into salesforce from the back end if I provide you with the CNP Order number?

              We have upgraded your instance with latest versions of our apps as requested.

              It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce.
