  • Event Registrants Not in SF nor in Temp Contacts?

    If I do not see the registrant data in SF, and I do not see them in Temp Contacts, and there is no contact next to their name in the registration - what am I doing wrong?

    This means that your account is not connected and data is not in Salesforce.

    Is the data available in C&P Data.

      I checked and had to reverify everything. I guess this is SF made me change my PW and changed the token? I had updated the token.

      How do I get it to update to SF?

        Good day!

        I suggest you start using the new OAuth connection instead of the old connection tab. The new OAuth connection does not use userid & token and as such will never expire.

        Instructions for what each field needs is provided with each field. Once this method is set up the system will automatically use this instead of the other connections so you don't need to disable others.
