  • Unable to delete a temporary contact

    Account 30029
I have granted access for 1 week

I was in test mode with an event I was setting up and now I have two contacts stuck in the temporary contact folder in Salesforce. I deleted them out of the record in C&P but now they won't go away in the temp contacts. This is the error I get -

List has no rows for assignment to SObject

An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

    Any suggestions?

The events is Cocktails at Tewksbury 8/18/16.

    Thank you

    Good day Nancy Campbell :

Sorry for the inconvenienced caused, we have deleted those 2 records.

It is not recommended that records be deleted through regular Salesforce objects since it will leave a number of traces behind. If a transaction is considered "orphaned" the C&P Maintenance will try to resolve them by reposting and taking corrective actions. To delete a record we ask that you follow the steps listed below:
    1. Go to C&P Settings
    2. Click on the Maintenance tab (left hand side)
    3. Enter the Order Number and delete all traces of the transaction.
In the absence of C&P Data, the maintenance will not try to resolve any issues since no records exist.

Please let us know if we can be of any other assistance.
