  • Autoresponder emails cannot be sent to temporary contacts

    I just want to confirm whether it is the system standard behavior that the custom receipts cannot be sent to temporary contacts via Autoresponder email.
    In our case, we will park all the registrants as temporary contacts. During test, we find that the email will only be sent out after temporary contacts being converted into contacts.

    The order of processing is as follows:
    1. Account
    2. Contact
    3. Notification
    4. Transaction
    5. Custom Question
    6. Campaign
    7. Campaign Members
    8. Recurrings
    9. Case creation for decline
    10. Opportunities
    11. Soft Credits
    12. Ledger
    13. Pledge
    14. Item Campaign member
    15. Autoresponder
    16. Opportunity Contact Roles

    Autoresponder will be sent after creation of the opportunity as noted below as well:
