Good day!
You have not set the event to send the "System" receipt as shown below:
Each event has its own setting for sending receipt. We have clients that use the autoresponder for communication and don't send "System" receipt while others do so we allow for control over this feature.
I hope that answers your question.
You are also not at the latest release of our application. We highly recommend that you upgrade at your earliest convenience. If you want we can upgrade you at no cost. Let us know if you wish for us to upgrade your instance.Regards,
