    Good day @Marylane,

Great to hear about your event. For us to upgrade your instance please grant us login access as shown below:

    How to grant access: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1065
Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance.

Once we have your Salesforce Org ID and access we will move forward with the upgrade.

As for the thread. Please do not post to this thread & start a new thread. Starting a new thread is easy:

    - Go the forum you wish to post a message to
    - At the top click on Start a new Thread as shown below

Mixing threads will change the message and as such confuses people when they look for a topic.

Once we have the information we will proceed and notify you of the upgrade.

    Hello,
I do not know how to start a new thread, but our event went perfect this past weekend and we are ready to do the upgrade. I would like to have it done this Thursday or Friday. Does that work with your schedule. What do I need to do? Thank you in advance for your help with this!

    Good day!

We have tested this with every possible scenario in iOS and the only problem is the iOS 8.1 which is an old version. The current iOS 8.3 has no issue.

As a matter of test we upgraded an old phone that had issue with 8.1 to 8.3 and it works. We believe the issue may have to do with how WiFi is being handled. Seems like packets are being dropped between Salesforce and the device.

Here is the screen from iPhone 6 and 6+ with iOS 8.3

Earlier I posted the images from iPad with 8.3 showing no issues. We have tested this with following devices:
    • iPhone 4S 8.3,
    • iPhone 5S & 5C 8.3
    • iPhone 6 & 6+:
    • iPad Mini R2 8.3

Considering 8.1 is now legacy and 8.3 is the new release and it appears that WiFi issues are part of the bugs that were fixed we don't think it is worthwhile spending more time fixing the old iOS version.

Can you possibly upgrade to 8.3?

As is seen in the last image the iOS version: 8.3 and was done on an iPad.

We have so far been able to duplicate the issue on iOS 8.1 and are trying to figure out the reason.

    Strange indeed.

    Good day!

We have been able to duplicate this with one of the iOS devices we have. Our team is working to resolve the problem.

It is strange as it works on other devices but the version of the OS appears to have a problem.

We will let you know when we have a resolution.

I am authorized. I was able to have a co-worker log in using a android phone. Is there a problem with the version of iOS I am using? The iPad I am using is 8.1.3 and I just updated my iPhone to 8.3. Neither of the devices are working.

    @Marylane,

Please verify that you have authorized your device. In Swiper1 it should look like the following image:

Do you see this screen and does it show that you are verified?

    Good day!

We logged in as you & Kwatson in an Android as well as iPhone device without any issues. We could see both events as well as the attendees for check-in & check-out with both users.

we are not sure why you can't see it with your phone.

Please make sure your device has been authorized and try again. Your account does not have any issues and check-in & check-out should work without any issues. Have you tried it on another device?
