  • How do you stop previous transactions from displaying after registration?

    One of my clients is using the Event Manager, but after completing the transaction to register, the terminal displays the previous transaction amounts and the names of the registrants. How do you stop/disable that feature?

      They experienced something similar with a Connect page, but since this is an event, I can figure out how it could be parallel. Thanks for your help!

        Good day!

        We have tried to login to this account but we don't have access.

        This is impossible as there is no way in the system to show another user. Are we sure the user is not referring to the browser cache? We have seen people report the browser memory when typing a name shows the previous typed words in the field - the browser lookup feature.

        Please grant us login access so we can review the settings.

        We have also seen that the account is having an old version of the applications. If you want we can upgrade them as well.

          I have granted access. My client is saying that after they make a donation or register, other people's names and their donations are appearing, so it's not a Salesforce user, but an end user that is seeing the information. Thanks for your help!

              Here's an excerpt from the email a respondent sent to my client:

              I submitted a credit card donation of $1000 for a President's Challenge sponsorship of the 2015 golf tournament. I'm still not thrilled with the website donation screen - it appeared as a general donation on the receipt and still shows other recent donors names and amounts

                Problem Solved!

                It turns out the client had the option to donate alongside the registration form. The donate option linked to the peer-to-peer campaign, which displays donation history by design.

                My client has opted to use the donation widget available in Click and Pledge Connect with the customizable modules to tailor the donor's transaction experience.
