We are experiencing an error when registering individuals for an event through the Box Office. Click & Pledge is attributing the Registrant to an unrelated Contact with completely different data that the data entered in the registration fields. I have granted login access.
Sample of Transaction ID's showing incorrect Registrant:
Order Number = 160811103310709
Order Number = 160811085701064
Steps to reproduce:
1) Login to Salesforce, click on Events Management
2) Click on event named "A Summer Evening on the Farm"
3) Click on Box Office
4) Add Attendees (required fields are First Name, Last Name and Email address). In this step we are including staff's email address in the Email field so that the Attendee does not get an emailed notification. Click Process.
5) Registrant information entered as:
First Name = Josie
Last Name = Kaufmann
Phone Number = 5082407873
Email = [email protected]
Address = 3 Main Street, Eastham, MA, 02642
Payment = Invoice
6) After submitting, a Transaction Order is produced that is attributed to an unrelated and pre-existing Salesforce Contact named Deanna Ruffer.
This Contact does not have any contact information that matches the data entered.
Please advise as this is causing great concern.
I imagine that I will also need to get the latest update in which case, I have granted login access and our Org ID is 00Di0000000H8fk.
