Can't Download the "Registrant and Attendee Information" report

  • Can't Download the "Registrant and Attendee Information" report

    Chatted with Kamran today on the daily support call and he asked that I submit a formal ticket.

    I am trying to access the "Registrant and Attendee Information" report. When I click the "Download" button, I receive this error:
    Attempt to de-reference a null object
    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)


    Please let me know what I need to do to access this report.

    Good day @jaskelson,

    We reviewed your instance and found that some Attendee's are NOT assigned to Registration Level which is causing the issue in downloading the report:

    While we digging in, we noticed that you have been deleted the Level "Complimentary Ticket - Sponsor" and later created the Level with same name.

    Registrant Created:

    If you notice, the registrant created date is 3/28/2016 but the Level creation date is 4/7/2016 which make's clear that the original level has been deleted and created new one.

    However, the only resolution is to add the Level manually to all the Attendee's which is associated with deleted Level.

    Please let us know if want us to fix it by assigning the level manually to those Attendee's.

      Yes, Will you please change all the records with a blank Level value to "Complimentary Ticket - Other". Hopefully this report will suit our needs. Thank you.

        Per your request we have changed that to Complimentary Ticket - Other" and now the reports are downloading without any issues.
