  • Automatic Donation Receipt

    Good Morning! I set up a fundraising event that gives out tickets both mobile and pdf that can be printed off. I never set up a "Thank You" donation letter and one of our clients bought a ticket, and received a "thank you" letter that has not been set up for that particular event.

    See attached

    I can't seem to find where to change the information so it is correct when being sent or how to turn if off if that is what we need to do.

    Good day Nancy Campbell,

    The receipt which you are referring to is fired by C&P Autoresponder. We reviewed and found that you have one Autoresponder email set to fire the receipt for every Authorized transaction.

    You may can deactivate the above Autoresponder by editing it.
