Good Morning! I set up a fundraising event that gives out tickets both mobile and pdf that can be printed off. I never set up a "Thank You" donation letter and one of our clients bought a ticket, and received a "thank you" letter that has not been set up for that particular event.

I can't seem to find where to change the information so it is correct when being sent or how to turn if off if that is what we need to do.
