  • Field mapping for 'organization' in registration form

I want to add a field label "Company&Organization" in the registration form. But there is no corresponding field, such as account name or organization name, in the "Mapped to" drop-down list. Could you tell me which field should I use? Thanks!

    Good day!

This is more of a Salesforce feature than ours.

To do this you need to create a custom field at the Contact Object and then map it in the event.

Here is a KB article that may help: https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHe...ing_fields.htm

Once the field has been created proper permissions need to be assigned so the guest user can view/add/update this field.

The post-installation change is listed here: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Sal..._Site_Creation

go to the Field Level Security > Standard Field Level Security and set all fields as instructed.

If you need help with the post-installation changes please grant us access and we will gladly do it for you.
Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance. As part of the process we will also upgrade you the latest instance of our applications. If you don't wish to be upgraded please let us know otherwise we will update your instance.

The field I want to use is Account Name, a standard contact field. So I suppose I don't need to create a custom one. Besides, I cannot find “Account Fields” in the Contact and Account Mapping page in C&P Settings. The detailed setting of field level security can be seen in the attachment. Thank!
