    Thank you for granting us access. We reviewed your instance & noticed that you have not enabled in your instance. When we reviewed the 3rd Party tab we do not see any indication of

    To add to your instance you need to follow the steps listed below. Please note that each 3rd party app that is being used needs to be added in the 3rd party section so our applications are aware of the API code and its presence.

    Please read:In reference to your other question. (May we ask for a BIG favor? hopefully the answer is yes-- please post each question as a separate thread. This makes it easier for others to find related questions and answers).

    You also asked about the time zone and your users in different area need to see the event registration page. This is not a C&P issue but one that is the design of a site in Salesforce.

    Salesforce sites show time based on the GUEST user time zone for the site. In your instance you have only one site:

    Given the time zone as set for the GUEST user all visitors to the site will see the Event Date & Time based on that setting. As stated, this is not a C&P feature but a Salesforce feature for the sites.

    Please grant us login access so we can review the settings.

    The time zones are simply a matter of the time zone associated with the GUEST user. A single page, in Salesforce, cannot be associated with 2 time zones. Are you using 2 different SITES for each event? Please note that time zone is associated with a site. Once we have access we will review the instance.

    I need support for this too. My case # is 46077, but I was told by Patrick that I had to use the forum to request support from the developers due to its' copmlexity. Pelase see my submission and subsequent reply posted below.

    Hello Jed,
    The Bitly URL issue, due to it’s complexity, will need to be looked at by our Developers in the Forum. I see a few threads on this issue in there already from other organizations receiving assistance.
    You will also needto request for the Developer’s to Upgrade your C&P apps while your are in the Forum. They are multiple versions out of date and the Developers require the upgrades to be done, before they can troubleshoot the Bitly URL or anything else.
    Here is the link to go post your required assistance in the Forum.
    1) Please access
    2) Click on “Register” in the upper right corner of the page
    3) Pick a user name and password, confirm your password, and complete the Image Verification section, or CAPTCHA.
    4) You will be required to enter your Click & Pledge account number, which can be found here: Login to Portal > Account Info > Profile tab.

    5) Please then, read the C&P Support Forum rules before agreeing to them, and when you have done so, click “Complete Registration.”
    Once this process is complete, you may log in with your credentials (username and password), and you may search for topics that relate to your issue. You may also comment to clarify on information already present if you do not find exactly what you are looking for.
