Cannot register for events on mobile devices

It seems that our online registration (for workshops and/or events) is not working on iPhones (and possibly iPads). Please advise on how to fix this as we are in the middle of promoting a major fundraising event.

The above link is belongs to C&P Events in Salesforce. Are patrons are registering to above Event through mobile? Please note that as of now our C&P Events site is NOT mobile response and we don't recommend to use on mobile devices.

We have planned and it is in road map to implement Events in mobile devices in version 10.x

Sorry, it is not possible at this moment. As stated it is in road map and hopefully in version 10.x Events will be mobile responsive.

Hello - can you provide a rough ETA of when version 10.x Events will be released? The lack of mobile compatibility is a really big issue for us - enough for us to consider switching solutions if this isn't resolved soon.

An update on this- I just discovered that using the tabbed widget in an event registration form made the reg form completely nonfunctional on mobile, BUT - as soon as I just embedded a straight up reg form (without tabs) I was able to complete a registration on my iPhone. It wasn't a great user experience because of the unresponsive design, but at least it worked. Just to help anyone else who is trying to accommodate mobile users til release 10.x comes out.

As stated it is not developed as mobile responsive nor we have tested in that environment. It is planned and it i s in roadmap for release 10.x, due out Q1 next year.

Can somebody tell me exactly how you did this? The mobile experience is horrendous.

They have changed their Event into single registration instead of Tabbed widget and it works for them but it something we didn't tested nor support. However, you may do that by editing the Event > Designer > Widget > edit the respective Widget and make it as Single Registration.

I wish I could help you with this but as stated above it is not developed as mobile responsive nor we have tested in that environment. That is in the road map for version 10.x and as of now there is NO ETA.
