    I think I have updated all three C&P programs yesterday - but I am unable to see how to delete all registrations and relevant data. Tried to get on the call yesterday with Kamran (to let him know what a beautiful day we had in the Keys) but gotowebinar said the number was invalid!

    Please delete all registrants and all relevant data. I will attempt to get on the call Monday if I cannot figure it out by then.

    You guys rock!

    Latest event is: 2.6000.22 and you have 2.6000.7

    To upgrade please see the link provided in the release note. That is the only way to upgrade or through the appExchange.

    If you want we can upgrade it for you. Just let us know and we will upgrade it.

        Transactions deleted. How about connect?

        Thanks for checking. Now do I delete the transactions from connect as well?

          Good day!

          Connect is not a CRM and maintains all transactions for all eternity or a set duration if we change our data retention policy, whichever comes first, of course!.

          Charges are processed with credit cards or eChecks are synchronized with gateways and banks and as such these records cannot be deleted. They need to maintained for audit.
