  • Payment cannot be submitted on CnP Event checkout page

    There is no 'Click and Register' button shown on the page after billing information has been filled out. We are running on Click&Pledge Event version 1.99. Please see the attachment.

    Sorry but we no longer support 1.99 release.

    Is this event active?

    If not we ask that you upgrade to the latest release. If you need help with the upgrade please let us know and we will upgrade you by tomorrow. Simply grant us login access.
    Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance. As part of the process we will also upgrade you the latest instance of our applications. If you don't wish to be upgraded please let us know otherwise we will update your instance.

      Thanks for your reply! This event is still under testing. We'd really love to get updated and meanwhile we have some questions regarding the update.
      1. Is there any extra charge for the update?
      2. Will the update impact our current created CnP transactions?
      3. As the prerequisite of updating CnP Event Package, our CnP PaaS Class Library and CnP Payment-as-a-Service also obsolete. Will you also help us to update those packages?

        Good day!

        Before answering your other questions - one reason the button may not appear is because of the "Terms & Conditions" being made mandatory but no text is available to show. Still we ask that you do NOT go live with this event as we no longer support 1.x 1.x release.

        Answer to your questions:

        1. Is there any extra charge for the update?

        Answer: No- it is a free service


        2. Will the update impact our current created CnP transactions?

        Answer: Not transactions but event needs to be redesigned and set up.


        3. As the prerequisite of updating CnP Event Package, our CnP PaaS Class Library and CnP Payment-as-a-Service also obsolete. Will you also help us to update those packages?

        Answer: When we upgrade we upgrade & set up your entire platform and perform post-installation of all packages. We also remove any legacy tabs and programs related to Click & Pledge which are no longer supported or needed.

        Please grant us access so we can upgrade your instance.

        Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance.
