In the event we have set up, we have one ticket level that is paid and several that are free. The free ones are for event sponsors and are handled in the box office only. The ticket downloaded from a purchase have sequential numbers, but tickets ordered for a sponsor have no numbers. Have we done something wrong in the setup?

We reviewed your instance and downloaded the Attendee report as well as eTicket and there are ticket numbers included for both Paid and Free levels.
