  • Registration Emails not being sent

    When someone makes a payment for an event on our site, the corresponding email is not being sent. It worked yesterday, but it isn't working today. I've noticed that when setting up these emails, the checkboxes seem to uncheck for payment types. But I re-save and re-send the registration emails but they are not being sent.

    I have authorized you to take a look. SFID is 00DG0000000j3Nc

    It is for our EAP Membership Event

    Good day @jcalabrese,

    We reviewed your instance and found NO issues with sending Registration Email. We have cloned the Event in the question and processed a test transaction and received registration email as expected.

    We noticed that 3 of the Registration Email you have is for Attendee only. Have you tried to re-send registration email to Attendee?

      I am having the same problem. No registration emails are sending. Neither the automated nor the manual emails are going out. SFID: 00D70000000JbnR

        Strange! we found NO issues. We processed one registration with the name "Account Verification" order#161220040620807 using the coupon code and received the registration email as expected:

        I am wondering if our emails are being blocked or ending up in a spam folder. Please check email/spam/junk/ folder for the emails.
