    Good day @joel.goodhart,

    We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

    It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts no longer are needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce.     Just deleted the temporary contact records, thanks for teaching me something new about C&P Settings!

    Also, please upgrade our instance. That would be awesome.

    Both of these transactions are declined transactions. Have you by any chance removed the registrations?

    Your instance is not also up to date. If you want we can upgrade you while we have access. Please let us know.

    We reviewed and found that the registration record has been deleted from Event which is causing the above error.

    See the RegistrantID in XML:

    When we search for the above Registrant:

    This means the data has been manually deleted from the instance. There is no other way for this record to have disappeared.

    However, for those orphan temp contacts, you will need to delete it through Maintenance under C&P Settings. It will remove complete footprint from the instance.

    Can't process a Temporary Contact?

    Hello,

    I have a temporary contact in Salesforce that, when on click on it's TC code, redirects me to a page with the following error message:

    "List has no rows for assignment to SObject
    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)"

    Any ideas on what is causing this and how I can fix/remove the temporary contact from the list? It's TC-5360 and TC-5358 (Tursky).

    Access has been granted to C&P support for 1 week if that helps. Thanks so much!
