Report with attendees for all events with email and check-in status

Hello,

The Berkeley Food Institute has been trying to create a report in Salesforce that includes the event name, attendees and/or registrants, email addresses, and check-in status for all events. The report that came out with today's release, "C&P All Events Attendees & Registrants," has everything except email addresses, which we need to send emails to all our past event participants. Is there any way to include email addresses on this report?

Another report type we've tried is "C&P All Attendees by Contact," which includes everything we need except the info from the one Anonymous event we had (as opposed to Named), called "Decolonizing Foodways."

Sorry, we don't have email address included in the report due to certain limitation. If you would like to retrieve all the Email for Registrants you may can run the report on C&P All Registrant by Contact.

Regarding the C&P All Attendees by Contact report, since there will be NO contact for Attendee's in Anonymous Event we are unable to show the records in the report.

Hello,

The issue with C&P All Registrants by Contact is that it doesn't show Check-in Status, which we need so we know if the registrant actually attended the event.

That being said, it may be best for us to stick with Named events going forward, since we've been able to see Name, Event Name, Email, and Check-in Status for all of our Named events. However, what we liked about Anonymous events is that we could limit one attendee per one registrant and it was a simpler one-step registration process.

Is there a way to do this for Named events?

1. "Check In" option is available only for Attendee's NOT for Registrant. Attendee's are the persons who will attend the Events.
2. Purchase limit is available only for Anonymous Event. As of now we don't have that option for Named Event.

Hi there -

I am wanting to pull C&P attendee email and phone number into our Spanish Class Reports, but the only field I can add in the "Add Column" option is "Attendee Contact Data" which pulls the information in a block. How can I add a column for "Email" and "Phone"?
