Authorization required error when trying to view Event Page

Hi, I've just created a test Event page but when I try to view it, I get the following error: Authorization required: You must first log in or register before accessing this page. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

Please let me know what settings I need to change. Thanks!

I am sure that you have not set up a page permission in the post installation correctly. Please grant us login access and we will login and review your setting.

Please post the Organization ID so that we know how to locate your account.

We reviewed and fixed it. You have not assigned the correct permission set to Site Guest User.

We included permission set in the package. You simply need to assign the following permission set to the Site Guest User in order to view the Event: PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser

Hi, I updated the C&P and added the permissions to the site guest user, but now we are getting the error below. You can see this error live on https://www.nyimc.org/event/an-eveni...h-brother-man/

Trying to assign these permission sets to the 'events' guest user for a particular events site area. Hitting this error (or similar ones referring to the user license not allowing a particular permission):

• Can't assign permission set PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser to user Events Site Guest User. The user license doesn't allow the permission: Read All C&P Event LevelFormJunction

Please advise.

The "PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser" permission set has been deprecated and should be replaced by "PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser-CRU". Your "Go Global" event page is loading fine for me- you shouldn't be seeing the "There are no active events" error anymore.
