Cannot create new contact from Temporary Contacts (Again)

I am having recurrence of a problem I had before - I cannot create a new Contact from a Temporary Contact, I get this error:

Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Please enter First Name: []
Error is in expression '{!SaveItem}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page cnp_paas_evt:eventtemporarycontact: (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

Previously, this was fixed by setting my Objects, VT, & Swiper1 - Account Type set to: businessaccount

The view of the object now directs to the C&P VF page so I can't see the settings. Could it have been set back to blank?

To update this in the future you may want to follow the steps listed below:

1. Click on the + sign on the tab menu
2. C&P Settings Overview tab
3. Click on Go!
4. Click on Edit
5. Add "businessaccount" in that field
