We should see if when run it sends the emails.
You could delete the job and next time it needs it the job will be created automatically.
For now I suggest we wait and see what emails are sent.

What we need to check is simply the scheduled jobs.
Please go to:
Salesforce Setup > Administration Setup > Monitoring > Scheduled Jobs
With each "future" scheduled email the above scheduled job should exist.
Please check your instance & review the submitted and started date.
We understand you have a very secured environment so it may be a permission issue that blocks the creation of the above job.
Would you please test a registration and see if the above job is in the queue.
Let us know and hopefully we can walk you through figuring out the issue.

Registration Emails not sent unless "Immediately" chosen
Hi!
We are having problems sending emails whenever we try to schedule the email for a future date/time. Here is the exact navigation/break down of how we are experiencing the problem.
Go to C&P -> Pick and Event-> Registration Emails
Choose and Email- Email works when Send When = Immediately
- Email did not appear to send when Send When was set to a specified date.
From the C&P office hours, I learned that there is some service that is supposed to be running that may not be running. Can someone point me to which salesforce service this would be and how to restart it?
