Hi!
We are having problems sending emails whenever we try to schedule the email for a future date/time. Here is the exact navigation/break down of how we are experiencing the problem.
Go to C&P -> Pick and Event-> Registration Emails
Choose and Email
From the C&P office hours, I learned that there is some service that is supposed to be running that may not be running. Can someone point me to which salesforce service this would be and how to restart it?

- Email works when Send When = Immediately
- Email did not appear to send when Send When was set to a specified date.
