  • Post Installation "force.com site" Custom Objects to be Enabled

    Mr. Razvan,

Thank you for taking some time with me today. I am having a problem enabling the suggested custom objects on Develop > site > Site label > public access settings > edit > custom objects

    Attendee Custom Informations (not available)
    Contact information fields (not available)
    Data
    Discount plans
    Events
    Event categories
    Event layout
    Event listings
    Event registration sessions (not available)
    Event settings
    Registered attendees (not available)
    Registration levels

I have enabled all of the above except those labeled as (not available).

Is there an update to the fields above or is there a work around solution you can provide, so I may be able to complete my post installation steps.

    - Nathan

        Good day!

We fixed your instance as requested.

We also reviewed your instance against our manual and don't see any discrepancies. May I ask you to send me the link to the manual you were following?

Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Thank you for your assistance. I will continue my installation and start using the event management feature.

As to our conversation on the instructions that where not clear to me, please see the below link to:

            Good day!

I requested that post from the help desk to be removed as it is not recent.

            The manual is up-to-date: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Sal..._Site_Creation

            Sorry for the confusion.
