    Per your request we did one test transaction in the San Antonio Sept. 10 event (you are in BCC) with the name of "Account Verification" and received the Registration email as expected. Did you receive the BCC registration email?

    We have tested the scenario which you have mentioned above i.e. sender email domain same as bcc and found NO issues. We received the emails without any issues.

    What's interesting is if I resent these emails from the Registration link, they all get sent no problem. It seems to me if it was a "spoof" problem (sender email domain same as bcc) then it would have blocked these emails too.

    Can you PLEASE test register one of the events we have set up? I did not receive my test registration form this morning on the San Antonio Sept. 10 event. Could you please BCC me on your email registration on your test event. I received a receipt email. This is a huge intermittent problem with your service.

    We reviewed your instance and found NO issues with firing the Registration Emails. We have created on test Event with name CnP Developer Test Event and processed one test transaction and received the Registration Email to Registrant:

    In reference to the SF Password, it won't cause any issues since using the new OAuth connectivity with Salesforce will remove the need for updating password & token each time the password changes.

    Registrations Emails not being sent to Registrants

    I have an Event in my org, "Getting Started with Alpha- San Antonio, TX Sept.10, 2016" where 7 people have registered since June 20. Of those 7 registrations, only one has received the registration email upon registering: Cindy Serrano. I'm a bcc on all emails. I am receiving the receipt information as the system admin, but I'm also not receiving the registration emails. This happens frequently with many events. I'm fairly certain it's not a problem with ow the event is set up. Can you please review this for me? Is their anyway for you to check historically on the dates/times the C&P system shows the registration occurred against an email database? Can this be an issue with a setting in my Salesforce instance? Also, I placed a test registration this morning and I did not receive a registration email.

    My org id is: 00D1a000000ZcBb and you have access.

    PS: I recently changed my SF password (it prompts a change every 90 days) This generates a new Security Token. Do I need to change this in API settings or settings elsewhere? I've never done this in the past.
