Per your request we did one test transaction in the San Antonio Sept. 10 event (you are in BCC) with the name of "Account Verification" and received the Registration email as expected. Did you receive the BCC registration email?
We have tested the scenario which you have mentioned above i.e. sender email domain same as bcc and found NO issues. We received the emails without any issues.
