I have an Event in my org, "Getting Started with Alpha- San Antonio, TX Sept.10, 2016" where 7 people have registered since June 20. Of those 7 registrations, only one has received the registration email upon registering: Cindy Serrano. I'm a bcc on all emails. I am receiving the receipt information as the system admin, but I'm also not receiving the registration emails. This happens frequently with many events. I'm fairly certain it's not a problem with ow the event is set up. Can you please review this for me? Is their anyway for you to check historically on the dates/times the C&P system shows the registration occurred against an email database? Can this be an issue with a setting in my Salesforce instance? Also, I placed a test registration this morning and I did not receive a registration email.

PS: I recently changed my SF password (it prompts a change every 90 days) This generates a new Security Token. Do I need to change this in API settings or settings elsewhere? I've never done this in the past.
