Good day!
That is what is expected.
Did you go to the "Manage Temporary Contact" - click on the attendee name and it should take you to manage the attendee temporary contact.
Registrant is the person that has paid and as such the temporary contact is the same as in PaaS application - it is managed by the core platform. The event temporary contact is managed in Event.
Step by step instructions:- Click on Registrations
- Click on "Manage Temporary Contacts"
- Scroll down to the "Registered Attendee" section
- Click on the name whose contact column is blank (no contact has been assigned)
- Set the contact as is done in the Temporary Contact tab
Following the above will assign contact to each attendee.
Please let us know if this answers your question.

Delete registrations & add Contacts
Hello,
Thank you for your response. We do have Semi-Automatic contact creation and we do process Temporary Contacts daily. However, once we check the temporary contact, nothing happens to the attendee under the event. That is, if someone registers who is not in the system, they get stuck in temporary contacts, we process the temporary contact, and when we look at the attendee in the Events Management tab, the Attendee name is complete but the Contact column is blank and when you look at the Contact page, there is no information in the Registered Attendee related list. The attendee does not get connected to the contact.

Good day!
I am not sure what functionality you are referring to that is missing.
If the account is connected to Salesforce then it should work without any issues.
I believe you are not checking the temporary attendee & registrant. Are you set up with the Semi-Automatic?
Have you checked the Event Registrations > Temporary Contact as shown below: Please NOTE that the registrants & attendees are treated differently and need to be managed in the Temporary Contact independently.
In this update we have removed the standard tabs for event registrant & attendees as people were editing them and causing error in the system. They were standard tabs for the registrant & attendee objects.
Please let us know if you find the temporary contacts.

Delete registrations & add Contacts
There are 2 features that we have lost with the latest release, please advise of possible workarounds:
- We have Semi-Automatic contact creation so sometime registered attendees are not automatically connected to a contact. I used to be able to edit the registration in CnP Events to add the contact. Now with only CnP Event Management, I cannot modify the registration at all (so therefore cannot add a contact).
- Cannot delete registrations
