We're having a huge problem with our payment processor, for which we use click and pledge. Two people called in one day when trying to purchase materials from our site to say that they got a message that said "error no parent product set for variation 0." After a while, I received an error message email saying their order had been cancelled. I cannot say if it's also happening with our event registration page or not. I think it did happen once last week, but did not come up again this week.
On another note, I just tried to register myself for a training to test the system and see what was going on and my registration information didn't push through to Salesforce. I got a back-end receipt, but nothing more and when searching my contact record, that campaign information was not there.
We really need some help!
