  • Form Fields

I added a "next field" to the registration form and mapped it to a field I just created in SF, however, it doesn't have a block to enter text or the drop down list that is in SF (I added two). It worked at one point so I'm not sure what I did differently this time. Thanks for you help.

Access granted and org id is 00DG0000000C8E3

    Good day!

The issue you are reporting is because the "GUEST" user does not have permission to see this field. The field is one that you have newly created and its VIEW & EDIT/UPDATE permissions are not set correctly for the site guest user as the user needs that permission to see it on a site.

    Hope that answers your question.

I have asked one of our test engineers to login to your instance & review the permission for that field. Once we have updated it we will update this post.

      Good day!

We reviewed your instance and didn't find the field which you are referring to "next field". Would you please share the Event name in which you are having the above issue.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

      Thanks,
      Regards,
