Can you please tell me how the Facebook Like merge field in the Site Templates designer works? How does it "know" who is liking or sharing. When I click Like in the view mode in the designer, my facebook profile pic appears. And the text next to the facebook icon says one person likes this (already) which could be another person in our org who is also working on this event.

The Facebook like apps work based on the "logged" user to Salesforce. If you are not logged into your account in FB it will ask that you login.

For example, given that I am not on Facebook, I will not be able to like your event.
