We are moving over from a different event manager so we already have classes and enrollments set up. As we migrate over, how do I add those existing contacts into the events that have been created in C&P?

This is a tricky question. Currently there is not a way to add contacts to an event since there are a lot of factors to be considered, e.g. Event, discount, tickets, inventory, etc.
May I ask what application you are migrating from? Perhaps we can work on an importer for this...Regards,
