Error: 2 State Form Fields!?

Hello

I am trying to edit the registration form for one of my events and experiencing an issue.

See the attached image-- the state field has two ways to answer, a picklist and a free-text field. Further, the picklist field is EMPTY! It is very confusing to fill out with both of these here. Ideally, the only way to answer the "state" field is with a picklist, and we would populate that list with all 50 states. How can I control and configure this field?? Thanks!

We are a bit confused with this.

The State is a native field in our forms and you should use that with Country. State & Country are cascading fields so based on selection of the country all the associated state & provinces will show up in the state field.

Have you hidden the country field? If so that is the reason you are seeing the behavior you are seeing.

Please grant us login access so we can review it for you. Of course if you are hiding the country you need to check the option to show it and that will fix the issue.
