Finance Director had someone that registered two folks for day 2 presenter only that meant to select 2-Day pass. She signed up 2 folks for Day 1 presenter and give them the early bird discount. She set up a code to take $100 (which was the total needed to discount the whole amount) and got the below error from you. Where do I track progress on resolution? In the future, can you email me these errors as well?
