  • Temp Contact Errors

    I am having a few issues with my temp contacts. Some declined transactions are not letting me push the temp contact through. I also deleted a bunch of test transactions but the temp contacts are still appearing in the cue. I am getting this error for both issues:


    List has no rows for assignment to SObject
    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)


    My other issue is I have pulled through the temp contact for Tracy VanVlack several times and they keep appearing in the temp contact list. I have given permission to access and our company Salesforce ID is 00DG0000000h7RM

    Good day!

    May I ask what you mean by "deleted"? how did you delete it?

    Did you use the Event Registration DELETE button?

    The error you are referring to happens when the data is orphaned and not related to the proper registration. How did you delete it?

      Yes, when you go into the event management tab and then click on the registration section for a specific event, it usually allows you to delete all test transactions while the event is till in test mode. Which I did but the temporary contact is still showing in the temp contact list. These are S. No. 6-14. if you click on any of them if gives the error that I mentioned.

        Good day!

        We reviewed and found the issue. In case of named Event in Test mode the Attendee's Temp contacts are not deleting.

        We will address this issue in the next release which is hopefully due out in the next month. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

        In this case we suggest you to delete the test Attendee records through Maintenance under C&P Settings. If you wish for us to do we will gladly fix it.

        Regarding the contact for Tracy VanVlack, we didn't find it in C&P Temp contacts. There were 5 Declined transactions from Tracy VanVlack sat in C&P Temp Contacts which you might be referring to.
