    Hello Kami and Word Press guys!

    Nothing serious, I think.
    - In Box Office, the HEADER that is in the iframe or full page of the registration, has disappeared. Where can I turn it back on? The instructions were useful for volunteers.
    - In View (the full frame page or the iframe) and Box Office, payment boxes are reversed. You can pay by check ONLINE in the iframe, but not in the Box Office.
    (see midcoastseniorcollege.org/summer-excursion-2016) Unsurprisingly, we don't want people to transmit checks online, just credit cards. And in the Box Office, we WILL want to process walk-ins with checks.

    Of course there's a Shopp problem: the Registration fee you so kindly put in for me, which works fine on the internal and iframe pages, does not added when Shopp payments come in to C&P. Can it be made so? Pretty please?

    PS - I am supposed to demo this on the 23rd and it goes live, non-negotiable date, on July 5 for one event and July 11 for the other.

    The reason you see the "Payment by Check" is because you have added that text as an available payment type for the external registration. If you wish to only make that available to the box office you need to add it to the "Default Settings" in the Box Office section.

    As for the header, we truly do not understand what the issue is. The box office has never had any header and it has only had the registration form without any text at the top or bottom. What exactly do you mean by HEADER in the box office?

    Please let us know what issues you still have. You may want to join the office hour on Monday to discuss any specific questions that you think are not being answered here. In the meantime please elaborate a bit more and hopefully we can help over the weekend.

      Ok. One of the two urgent needs has been fixed, the payment by check. Thanks! I knew it had to be there somewhere!!! The "header" i was referring to was that the Box Office used to use the site template, hence had the logo and instructions in it at the top. It doesn't anymore, but since I've gotten a bunch of "receipts" of dummy payments made by my novice volunteer, I guess she's figured it out. Fugeddabout it.

      HOWEVER - and this isn't a Kami problem I think, it's a SHOPP problem. The mandatory registration fee you so kindly put in for me works perfectly in C&P. It does not, however, work when you register via Shopp. Everything else does, but not that. I would love love LOVE to use the iframe or the registration page from C&P but it has been judged that our "senior" audience has learned to register online one way, the shopping cart way, and will get confused if they can't do it that way. It is one of these things where people are standing in line to register at 8 am on July 11 and logging in like teenie-boppers waiting to go hear the Beatles or Adele or whoever. They will panic if we change methods on them. And the method they know is Shopp.

      I will log in on Monday, I sincerely hope, with any other little glitches I've come up with. Thanks for getting back to me over the weekend. I hope it's as glorious in Virginia as it is in Maine!

            You may can delete the Custom Questions in the following location:

            Event >> Form Fields >> Custom Questions.

                NEW PROBLEM: When I register people in Box Office, they get the Default System Receipt as planned. I have edited it to have some terms and conditions in it. When we register from within SHOPP, in this first day of registration, they get simply "Thank you for registering with Midcoast Senior College." WHERE CAN I EDIT THAT? It isn't the message in auto-responder, nor the Designer one formatted in C&P.

                  That message is coming from your SHOPP. You need to ask your developer to update that message in the code. The above message is pulling from below path:

                  \wp-content\plugins\shopp\templates\thanks.php
