The ACH has not been removed. Please go to the EVENT > DEFAULT SETTING for the box office and see if you have it checked.

and we are not sure what you mean by "header has disappeared". Please elaborate.
You have also stated that you are up-to-date but the instance we checked seems to be not up-to-date. Please let us know the Salesforce Org ID you are checking.
