  • Discount Code Inventory Incorrect?

    Hello,

    We have an event with an event wide discount code which we had set up with 1,000 in the inventory when we opened registration. It is now showing 231 of those as sold, but we have only sold a little more than twice that number in total, so this seems very high to us.

    Is there a way to list JUST the registrations which used this code so we can verify that it is being used correctly? I couldn't find a way to do that in the back end of the system.

    Hello, I wanted to check back in on this.

    Is there a way to show all registrations for an event which use a certain discount code? The number used for one of our current codes looks off and we want to double check it.

        I have granted access to our Salesforce instance.

        The Event name is 2016 Conference and the discount level is called Family Discount.

        Although when I just logged in to look up the name of the discount level, I noticed another discount level is now showing -242 as the inventory.

          We fixed the issue in your instance. Please verify.

          Also you are not at the latest release. Please let us know if you wish to be upgraded.

            I am still seeing the same issue. The inventory for Research Symposium is -248.

            Also the original inventory for the Family Discount was 1000, but it now at 577, but that seems far too low. Is there a way to see each transaction that used this code?

            Does it subtract from the inventory per person being registered? Or is it per transaction?

            Also, we are waiting until our conference is over to upgrade to the newest release.

                    We have fixed the issue manually in your instance. Please verify.

                    As of now we don't have such related list to view the code used by each transaction. Yes, it subtract from the inventory. The Event Discount is on the basis of per transaction and the Level Discount is per person..

                            Hello,

                            I have just reenabled access for you.

                            There is now another level that is showing negative amounts. This was a level created only for internal use for free registration and it is showing as -98 (the inventory was 2). This is very concerning to us if it was able to be used more than the two we intended.

                            Can you please look into this and if possible see how many times the code was actually used?
