  • Authorization Required on confirmation screen

    Our event was working fine in test mode, but now are getting the Authorization Required screen on confirmation of the event. The registration does go through, but obviously not a great experience for the user.

    Access has been granted.

    Good day!

    Our developer reviewed your instance and found that the reason for above error is due to Salesforce limitation which is caused due to number of Menu Options used in the Site Template.

    We have cloned your Event and removed those Menu Options from the template and it works fine without any issues.

      The instance you referenced is not up-to-date per our latest release.

        Strange that the menu options did not cause an issue when the event was in Test mode. Thanks for tracking that down. I am waiting to hear back from this client if they want to upgrade now or not.
