Authorization Required Error on eTicketPDF/WEB link

Hi,

I'm getting the following error when I try to open eTicket-PDF or eTicket-Web:

Tickets may be downloaded prior to the event:

Download eTicket-PDF

Download eTicket-Web

Authorization Required
You must first log in or register before accessing this page.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

I have granted you access, but please tell me how you fix it. I see others had the same problem, but there is no detail as to how the problem was fixed. I know it's a permissions issue and having the details may have helped me fix it on my own.
