I set up a campaign and an event late last year. Somehow the campaign was deleted, but the event was still in C&P. I reset up the campaign but now not all of the contacts/campaign members have been populated in Salesforce. How do I push them through?

I am not sure what the link you have included is supposed to go or do. Since that link is in your instance, we cannot see it without being logged to your account.
Please grant us login access and let us know the Salesforce Org ID so we can review the link.
