    Hello Support,

    I'm not sure if the most recent upgrade has occurred this month. The issues I'm waiting to fix are:

    1. Group Discount being automatically applied to a level.

    2. Ability to credit line item amounts (i.e. credit for one attendee or specific $ amount) on a registration without having to cancel the entire registration and re-enter it as new.

    3. Registration emails not sending intermittently on Events. (No rhyme or reason- it happens on every event about 25% of the time)

    IF there has been a new release, would you be able to install it on my org? Org id: 00D1a000000ZcBb

    Good day Michael,

    Do you have the event name that you have issue with? Also if you know of an order number that did not send the email we can review that also.

      The Event re: no registration email (intermittent). One occurred today on the Taste of Alpha in a Catholic Context- New Brighton, MN June 3, 2016 -Mike Geraci. Another on Monday on the Alpha Film Series Launch Events- Twin Cities- Jedidiah Scharmer. On Saturday Run Alpha Training- Omaha June 11, 2016-May Ann Pavich and Run Alpha Iowa Conference- Ankeny, IA June 3 and 4-Patricia Fredrichs. I can keep digging if you want.

      Also- sometimes the opposite occurs, I get cc'd on the registration but I don't receive an e-receipt email.

        Good day!

        The group discount is a bug in the existing release that has been fixed in the upcoming release. The beta is live but not recommended for production.

        As for the emails- may we have an order number so we can check?

              Good day!

              We reviewed the above listed order numbers and all seems to fine.

              In order replicate the issue, we have cloned one of your Event and processed 8 transactions back to back and received the Registration emails as expected.

              Also, we have tested in our test instance with multiple scenarios and found NO issues.

              I am wondering if our emails are being blocked or ending up in a spam folder. Please let them check email/spam/junk/ folder for the Email.

              As of now the release is scheduled on 15th of June.

              Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

                Thanks. So the registrants are receiving them and we're not? I received the first 3 tests but only the e-receipts for 5, 6, 7. I didn't receive the e-receipt or the cc registration email on test 4. Nothing in my Spam. I will ensure clickandpledge.biz is White-listed on the exchange server, but I would think that would be an all or nothing scenario.

                  Good day!

                  In all our test we received the Registration Emails to Registrant as well as to the BCC emails. We don't see any issues with receiving registration emails.

                  When you said e-receipts you mean API Generic receipt which sent through our portal when the transaction processed? Please note that the Organization is always sent the system receipt.

                  You may want to notify your network administrator or email service provider to whitelist the following IPís for delivery: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/1529289

                  The receipts are going to you but maybe getting blocked by your servers. Please have them add this information and hopefully you should have no issues.
