  • Temporary Event Registrants and Attendees not showing up

    Hi,
    My Salesforce password expired and so I had to reset password, token, etc. I reentered into C&P Portal and everything seems to be connected again. However, event registrations/attendees that came in during the time that the connection was broken are in limbo. They are listed under registrations, but I can see that they are not connected to a Salesforce contact, but when I click on "Manage Temporary Contacts" no contacts show up under that list to process. How to fix?

    I opened access for 7 days. Please help! I have an event on Monday and people aren't getting their custom receipts.
