  • How to set up an automatic email to a new registration

    Good morning!

    I was not the administrator that set up our account, but was under the impression that email receipts were going out whenever someone registered for one of our events, paid and free. Evidently this is not happening and I am unsure how to set this up. Help please!

      Good day!

      When not receiving email it simply means the "Registration Email" is not active for the level or the registrant.

      We just logged to your account and see you have 80+ events. Which event is the one with the issue?

        Unfortunately I will need to set them up for all upcoming events.

        In the near future I will also have to create a "ticket" that can also be emailed once someone registers.

          Good day!

          We understand but we need to show you how to enable it. If we know of one that you have tested and has issue we can review that setting & show you what needs to be done.

          Given the email is customizable we cannot possibly do it for you.

          Do you have an event that you have tested and see this problem?

              Good day!

              The event you listed has neither of the receipt options enabled. Please see below:

              Using the system receipt you may have the registrant receive the receipt for the payment. The option is not set in the event setting.

              You may also create an email (or many) to be sent to the registrant or each attendee depending on the level being registered. In the Registration Email you have not set any emails.

              Depending on what you want to do you may set either or both options.

              As it stands nobody will be sent any receipts or email as none of the options are set.

                  I have created a thank you receipt and activated it, disabled the default receipt both in the system defaults and in the event message but I still get the default receipt. What am i missing? (Clare)

                    Good day!

                    Please note that the Organization is always sent the system receipt. The options for NOT sending applies only to the patron or the registrant.
