  • Attendee emails not going out?

    Hi C&P Support,

    I have an event that people are currently registering for, but for some reason the Attendee Emails don't seem to be getting sent. I've enabled the default messages and the Attendee Email Body is properly filled in with the correct merge fields. Is there some reason why the emails aren't getting sent that I'm missing?

    Good day!

    For attendee email to go out you have to have it enabled in the Ticket section.
