    Good day!

    We reviewed and processed couple of test transactions and found NO issues. As expected, the additional donation is appearing in the registration email.

    After testing it, we have deleted those test transactions from the Event.

    Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    This issue is almost resolved. I'm receiving the e-mails now. The C&P e-mail and amount of money purchased/donated is correct but the SF e-mail that is generated even thought i have added the "Additional Donation" e-mail to send out isn't working.

    I have replaced the Image so that you can view it now. Yes, I can see, you have selected the "Corporate Hole and Team Sponsor". Please test it and let us know if you find any issues.

    The screen shot didn't come though. The event name is 6th Annual Pars for Prevention Charity Golf Tournament Sponsorship I have chosen attendee for the corporate hole and team to test this.

    Good day!

    While reviewing your instance we noticed that you have NOT selected Attendee email in the Event which was the reason for not firing the email for attendee.

    We have registration e-mails set up for all attendees and they aren't going out. We have refreshed the connection at the portal and they are still not going out. My org id is 00Do0000000YRBu
    I have granted login access.
