    Hi there - I'm attempting to upgrade Click & Pledge Events from 2.3044 to 4.1028 and received the below error.
    1. This app can't be upgraded.
    Salesforce has blocked this package upgrade because the new package version removes some Apex code that one or more Visualforce pages or global Visualforce components need in order to function. Please contact your partner with this error information. Provide these component names to your partner.     Good day!

    The issue is you need to upgrade to an intermediate release, namely 2.6000.22 before you can upgrade to anything else.

    If you grant us login access we can upgrade it for you and ensure the post-installation is correct.

    We need access & the Salesforce Org ID.

        Good day!

        As requested we have updated your instance and are now performing the post-installation steps.

        During the upgrade we noticed the following record is no longer valid and as such updates were failing: 003i000000KLH9mAAH

        Our team is still reviewing the installation but should be finished in an hour. You may proceed with your work while we are also reviewing the post-installation.

            Good day!

            We have completed the review & installation as requested.

            During the installation we ran into a problem with the settings where the following records that apparently were deleted were still being mapped.
            • 003i000000KLH9mAAH
            • 003i000000hfFhxAAE
            • 003i000000KLFlWAAX
            • 003i000000KLHsfAAH
            • 003i000000KLBVsAAP
            So that we could install the app we deleted the above maps from the C&P Settings.
