permissions for a set profile not working

We created a permission set for you giving access to the area you requested.

Permission set: C&P Event reports/registrants/attendees

You may assign this permission set to any user that has custom permissions blocking them from the report section.

Unfortunately we could not login as the user you had set up since Salesforce security required knowing the city of birth of the original user which we did not know. Please set the permission per instructions and let us know if it works as needed.
